Flooded Business from Storm

This commercial building was flooded as a result of clogged drains in the courtyard not allowing water run off during a micro burst. There was 35,000 square feet affected. There was two to three inches of standing water throuughout most of the very large office space. SERVPRO of Westside/Orange Park responded to this loss initially extracting water and removing the affected building materials. The dry down process was then started with large generators brought in for power along with large desicant dehumidifiers, standard large dehumidifiers, airmovers and air scrubbers. This loss occurred Thursday evening and they were back in business Monday morning.
